The perfect venue for any occasion! We rented it for my baby shower and everything was easy with renting and floral hills was pleasant to work with! Definitely would have an other event there again!

David and Ciara did a wonderful job with my brother's visitation and service. My reason for only giving 4 stars is due to some missed communication and a bit of confusion during the service. I had asked for 1 song to be played at the beginning and one at the end, both songs were played at the end. I had also asked for an announcement to be made about the reception afterward and it was not. These are small mistakes and could have just been a disconnect. Otherwise the facility is very nice (new), there was plenty of space (we had a large turnout) and the staff was very accommodating throughout the visitation.

I want to say thank you to David the funeral director he was very kind and patient he answered all my questions he took the time to assist us all the way and him and all of his staff have done an amazing job with my grandmother he gave her the casket that we wanted and the flowers were so beautiful everything was very detailed even the slideshow with the music with all of the family pictures and I could not be happier I know she's in heaven watching over us and we all even seen her smile a little bit in the coffin and I highly recommend Floral Hills for your loved ones David is amazing and so is all of his staff thank you all again from Brad my mother Bonnie and the rest of our family

Much of my family is buried at Floral Hills, and we've always had great experiences. Recently, my grandmother wanted to start finalizing her End of Life plans at Floral Hills. On short notice, Heather and her team fit us in for a consultation to discuss everything, even late in the day. Heather ended up staying late, and never once made us feel rushed, which was perfect, because my grandma's not known for being the fastest customer! Heather was very knowledgeable about all of Floral Hill's offerings, even including financing. She helped us plan just about every detail of the funeral, including some questions for my grandma's plot that we had to get squared away (she'll be buried next to my grandpa, in a plot she purchased over 30 years ago, long before Heather's time here, and she still knew how to handle the situation). The quality of their offerings impressed my grandma and she was thrilled (as you can be with these things) to get this weight off her shoulders and plan everything with a no-pressure professional like Heather. My parents have a burial plan at Floral Hills. Our father passed away in April. Our family was pleased with the entire process from meeting and worked with David, Sara, and Heather, the set up in the viewing room, and the care during the meal for our family after the visitation and funeral. The staff was extremely helpful while we were dealing with our grief. The facilities are very welcoming and inviting for family and friends of our Dad.

My brother passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. I’ve never personally handled a death like this and I’ve never planned a funeral. Floral Hills Funeral Home made funeral planning so painless for me. They were so accommodating and gentle. I was surprised a little because I thought there was so much more labor that I needed to do but they handled everything. I am so grateful for all of the staff!

I like to thank the staff at Floral hills. I could not been able to plan my Mothers Funeral. David Bussa was the most patience man he walked me through everything step by step was with me from the beginning to the end .His recommendation and My mother end of life service was beautiful.The staff was amazing they all was like family .Bobbi Jo was amazing she was in charge of cemetery and we had conversations about my mother and many other things .I wanted everyone know how amazing and heartfelt they made my family feel.thank all who went through this journey with my family and I. I hosted my Baby shower at the new floral hills event center and it was absolutely perfect! The building was great for accommodating all of my guests and the staff that assisted with my event, was so friendly and went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed!! I would absolutely host another event here!! It’s perfect for showers, birthdays, it would even make a great spot for a small wedding and reception!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOSING FLORAL HILLS! I am very happy with my experience!
